Lee Broderick podcast plays

Hi there all you mad dogs, I thought you'd all be interested to know that I've played Lee Broderick on two recent podcasts.

The first one was on Show 48 of the It's A Frog's Life Acoustic Podcast . The shownotes page is at itsafrogslife.net/podcast and the specific show 48 can be found here. Many thanks to the Prime Pooch (Nigel) for supplying the exclusive live version of The Preacher for the show.

The second podcast play was on the Made In The UK Show #15. The main shownotes page is at www.madeintheukshow.co.uk and if you want to go straight to Show 15 you can find here. The song I played was The Goodbye Song which was, appropriately, the last song on the show. If you're a UK musician (of any genre or style) and you'd like me to consider playing your music on the show then drop me a line at podcast[at]itsafrogslife[dot]net entitling your email "I'd like you to consider playing our/my music on the Made In The UK Show". If you want you can shorten it to "Made In The UK Show submission"!

Finally, I'm due to catch up with Lee tonight at the One Ball Acoustic Rally fundraising event at 3345 Parr Street in Liverpool. I'm going to be putting together a special podcast for the event and will be asking performers to donate tracks to the cause. So no doubt you'll be hearing Lee again on the It's A Frog's Life Acoustic Podcast - show 52!

Take care, and keep bouncing!

There is stuff afoot, honest.

It seems like we've been having a bit of a quiet time, but this is not really true, as there are a few projects on the go. Such is the diverse nature of MadBouncyDogs that these don't really involve music as such.

However, we are pleased to welcome DJ Crimson Death to the site, who, as his blurb states, is "the world's first and only Black Metal DJ". His creations offer a fascinating fusion of dance, trance and serious fretwork - go check him out!

Nige has also been hard at work producing and promoting the 'Getting Single' podcast, a fantastic story that I won't spoil here. Go to Getting Single on Podshow to read more and listen.

On top of this, he's also been working with Scarlet BLONDE, who release their second single of 12 planned for this year on the 29th February. The single, 'I Don't Know', is taken from the Bedroom Superstars album.

Otherwise we're still looking for new artists to join us - you know how picky we are and we've had some 'interesting' propositions of late. If there are any artists you think are up to the task, then send them our way.

Happy New Year

We've had a month off, kind of - more we took the opportunity to sit back and relax a little whilst things were quiet.

However, it's a new year and time to fire up the mad bouncy engines again, so welcome to 2008 and may it be a great year for everyone.

We're thinking about a compilation album and will be getting in touch with artists soon. In the mean time if you want further info, then get in touch.
